Learning to Live with Silence and Understanding People Losing Closeness
Some pains are never spoken, only carried in silence. This is a small part of my journey of understanding people, losing closeness, and learning why silence sometimes feels safer than words. Many times, people don’t understand the pain inside me. So I stayed silent. In many places, no matter what others say, I listen quietly and observe. I was scared that I might misunderstand them and reply wrongly. Because of that fear, I kept quiet again and again. Slowly, little by little, I started understanding people better. Now, my closeness with people is slowly reducing. I have started seeing people more from a psychological point of view . Most humans want to stay in the same mental state all the time. But they cannot. When I understood this, I also understood that a person’s mindset can be influenced by their situation and environment. But people who think like me need to be very patient and calm.
